GREETERS
They stay at the main entrance, welcoming your guests with beautiful smiles &creating a perfect ambience for your guest. They are the event’s face and personality that greet your guests
STAGE MANAGERS
They manage the stage effectively. They work with the M.C., DJ and celebrants, bride & groom. They make sure the DJ plays the right song and they take instructions from the mc.
MARKETING COMMUNICATION SPECIALISTS
They help in assisting sales and marketing management they excellently elevate your business.
HOSPITALITY AGENTS
They are here to give an excellent guest experience. They are there to build Trust, engagement and bonds with our guest/customer
VENUE MANAGERS
They are in charge of tables and seats at the venue. They make sure the guest are seated comfortably. They also maintain orderliness in the event hall.
ONSITE MANAGERS
They take note of change of plans, they notify the food caterers, and vendors and give instructions. They totally take charge.
VIP USHERS
They are in charge of the banquet table and make sure the clients’ specific instruction is done.
PROGRAMMES FLOW
